Admission Requirements for NIU's Online MBA
You can apply if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree (if you do not have a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent coursework, you must complete the Business Foundations Modules).
- At least two years of post-undergraduate work experience
You’ll apply through the Graduate School.

No, while we require two years of full-time work experience for the program that can be in any field.
Our online MBA does not offer any specializations or concentrations at this time.
Yes! In each course you will still be interacting with your fellow students and the professor to build relationships. You will also be invited to any local networking events the college hosts even if you are not an on-campus student.
