NIU's President, with the endorsement of University Council, approves the university holiday schedule.  Download the 2025 NIU Holiday Calendar file (ICS).

Mac and Windows

1. Go to go.niu.edu/m365 > Outlook > Calendar
2. Click Add Calendar > Upload From file
3. Choose the .ics file > Import

or

1. In Outlook > File > Open & Export > Import/Export
2. Choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs) > Next
3. Choose the .ics file > Import
