Getting Help

Note: when submitting a ticket to resolve software or batch job problems,  please describe/include:

  • path to the working directory (example -  /lstr/sahara/myproject/myworkDir )
  • the exact version of the software in use (list all loaded modules)
  • the command attempted to execute or the ID of the problematic batch job
  • cat and paste any errors/warnings/info resulting from running the command above
