Carrie M. Helmig, M.S.
Instructor, Undergraduate Advisor and Recruiting Assistant
Carrie Helmig first joined Northern Illinois University as an instructor in 1995. She has taught, or is teaching, sections of the following courses at NIU:

- STAT 400 (STAT 470)
- STAT 481
- STAT 490
Carrie has additionally served as the department's undergraduate advisor and recruiting assistant since 2009.
Carrie earned bachelor's degrees in math and actuarial science (with a minor in finance) from the University of Illinois in 1991. She received her master's degree in probability and statistics from NIU in 1995.
