The Engagement Roundtable is a shared leadership model for centering engagement at NIU. The Division of OERD is taking the lead in bringing together multiple campus perspectives so we can work collaboratively and strategically to strengthen NIU’s community engagement.
In the spirit of shared leadership, the Engagement Roundtable unites representatives from across campus to take action and provide advice on strategic engagement initiatives.
