What Can I Do With a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management from NIU?
Our program builds on your associate degree, providing you with skills and knowledge in instructional design training, learning media development, performance technology and assessment.
You’ll be prepared for a range of positions designing, implementing and evaluating instruction delivered through various devices and platforms.

- An A.A.S. degree in an area related to the program, or an A.A. or A.S. degree and relevant professional experience
- A college GPA of at least 2.00
You’ll apply as a transfer student.
