2023 Contest Winners
One winner was selected from submissions for each grade (K-5).
Winners have been invited to walk with their family in our March of the Huskies parade Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023 as part of our Down Home in Downtown DeKalb NIU Homecoming block party.
All submissions will be on display in downtown business windows during our block party.

- Color and complete information on both sides of the contest entry. (Coloring contest entry is available for download from this page. Coloring entry will also be available in Shaw Media newspapers leading up to the contest deadline.)
- Drop off contest entry at DeKalb or Sycamore Library by Friday, Sept. 22, 2023
