Ralph Wheeler, Ph.D.
Board of Trustees Professor
Ralph Wheeler has explored the use of generative AI in teaching, assigning students to investigate equations of state for liquids and co-developing a guide to support responsible AI use with CITL. During his spring 2026 sabbatical at Monash University in Melbourne, he aims to further integrate machine learning and AI into his computational chemistry research. His work bridges high-accuracy simulation methods with emerging AI-enabled approaches to scientific discovery.
