Cindy Henderson

Cindy Henderson is the Executive Director of Career Services. Ms. Henderson's primary job responsibility is the overall administration of programs services, facilities, finances, and staffing of the department. Prior to working in Career Services, Henderson worked in the corporate environment as a manager for a telephone company and held the position of International Inventory Coordinator for Monsanto Corporation.

Henderson's master's degree in managerial leadership has given her an understanding of the operational business model of objectives and goal setting; she is able to effectively apply this model in determining policy and programming valuing honesty and commitment. Henderson advances Career Services by making decisions on the best information possible and works for the benefit of students by having one-on-one mentoring sessions. She serves as a faculty advisor to a student organization, and is currently working towards an Ed. D. in the College of Education.
