Ed.S. in Educational Administration

About the Program

One of every five superintendents in Illinois is an NIU graduate. Our alumni hold prestigious positions that include regional or state superintendents, superintendents, deputy superintendents and assistant or associate superintendents. Ready to join their ranks? Long recognized for excellence, our Ed.S. was the first to meet new standards set by the Illinois General Assembly.

Our graduates are visionary leaders in education, applying research-informed knowledge and skills to foster continuous improvement in the academic environments they manage.
