Ed.S. in Educational Administration

About the Program

Program Mode of Delivery

Courses for this program are delivered online beginning in fall 2022.

Curriculum

Our six-semester program spans two full years (30 credit hours) with courses in organizational theory, leadership theory, school finance and facilities management and current trends in educational research. The internship is conducted in-district in an Illinois public school district during the second year of the program.

Applying to the Program

  • Applicants must have a current and valid ISBE administrative endorsement (e.g., principal, CSBO, director of Special Education, Teacher Leader or general administrative) and be employed as a school district administrator.
  • A minimum graduate GPA of 3.00 is preferred.
  • You will need to include three letters of recommendation, a goal/personal statement, official transcripts and your current resumé.
