Food Insecurity Resources

  • You can access Bethlehem Lutheran Church’s Feed My Sheep Food Pantry located at 1915 First Street on Tuesdays from 3 – 5 p.m. or Thursdays from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. If transportation is a barrier, you may contact campuspastor@graceplaceniu.com to arrange for a box of food to be picked up at Grace Place.
  • You can access additional food pick-up through the Northern Illinois Food Bank by registering online. You'll need to submit your order three business days before the pick-up date. There a total of three different pick-up days/times/locations in DeKalb county.
  • Students are considered DeKalb county residents and can access any of the additional food pantry locations in DeKalb.
  • The Huskie Food Pantry provides students with nutritious groceries.
