Below please find the details of any current Labor Condition Applications filed, or to be filed, with the Department of Labor. These notices express an intent to file an H-1B employment petition for the employees who currently hold, or will hold, the positions.

Notice to Employees

You are hereby notified that a Labor Certification has been filed in support of an H-1B employment visa for the following positions. Employment dates reflect visa validity dates.

  • The number of H-1B nonimmigrants the employer is seeking to employ: 1
  • DOL classification and SOC code: Computer and Information Systems Managers (11-3021)
  • The period of employment: 07/01/2021 to 06/30/2024
  • Rate of pay: $85,280
  • Percent FTE: 100%
  • The locations at which the H-1B nonimmigrants will be employed: DeKalb main campus, remote from home within reasonable commuting distance.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
