We accept checks and credit cards. Automated Clearing House (AHC) credit card surcharge and ACH surcharge will be applied to all payments excluding the initial payment.

A $500.00 deposit at the time of signing the contract, 3 months from the event date, an estimated half, 1 week before the final payment. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

The event length from set up to the conclusion is 9 hours, and the venue package will provide all service staff for set up, food, and beverage service.

The decorations cannot damage the venue. Please check with the facility manager for anything you put on walls or hanging. Prohibited items include rice, glitter, and confetti. Candles must be enclosed in a glass container.

A venue-approved caterer must provide all food and beverages. Pipe drape or staging vendors must provide an insurance certificate.

Yes, children from 2 to 10 years old will receive a child-friendly meal.

The beautiful Atrium at NIU Rockford can hold up to 120 guests. NIU Naperville, Altgeld Hall, and Barsema Alumni Visitors Center can hold up to 230 guests.
