Vice President for Administration and University Outreach as chair; one faculty member for the College of Law; one faculty member from each of the degree-granting colleges; a representative of the executive vice president and provost; a representative of the University Libraries; a representative from the Graduate School.

The representative of the executive vice president and provost, and the representative of the Graduate School shall be ex officio members and shall serve three-year terms.  The faculty representing the college shall be appointed by the Vice president for Administration and University Outreach upon recommendation of the respective college council or the faculty of the College of Law for three-year staggered terms.
