No, but if it has been a while since you participated in a Victor eRecruiting Orientation, the online courses are a great refresher on Victor eRecruiting techniques and NIU Campus Recruiting policies.
While it is possible you can figure out how to use Victor eRecuriting without attending an orientation, statistics show that students who complete orientation are more likely to get a job than those who don't. In a recent study, it was found that those who attended orientation were 36% more likely to earn at least one interview and 74% more likely to earn at least two interviews than those who skipped the Orientation. Further, those who don't attend orientation are sometimes not aware of very important NIU Campus Recruiting policies, such as the restrictions around canceling interviews.
You need to have Macromedia Flash installed on your system. If you don't have it, it's a free download here. The courses can be pretty large, so if you don't have a high speed connection, you might want to do these classes in an NIU Computer Lab.

You can come in to Campus Life 260, or the Career Resource Center - Campus Life 235. There will be people in both locations that can help you out. If it's "after hours", feel free to send an email to CampusRecruiting@niu.edu.
Sure! You can schedule an orientation appointment by sending an email to CampusRecruiting@niu.edu. Orientations are held in the Campus Life Building.
Campus Recruiting does not keep a calendar separate from the schedule in Victor eRecruiting. Occasionally employers may fill their own schedules, but the vast majority of the time, the Victor eRecruiting schedule is the only schedule. The only way to get on the schedule is to apply to a job, be accepted to interview by the employer, and then schedule a time.
