Victor eRecruiting Certificate Program

The NIU Career Services Victor eRecruiting Orientation Certificate is available to any NIU student.

In order to earn a certificate, a student must complete the Victor eRecruiting Orientation curriculum, which consists of five online, self-paced courses, each with a duration of about 15 minutes.

In these courses, the NIU student will become familiar with NIU Campus Recruiting policies and learn how to use the NIU online job database - Victor eRecruiting.
