The Student Association requires completion of paperwork at the beginning of each semester to begin or continue as a recognized Sport Club student organization at NIU. The following forms and information can be found on the SA website:

Campus Recreation requires completion of paperwork at the beginning of each semester and throughout the semester to begin or continue as a recognized Sport Club. All paperwork will be submitted through Huskie Link.
All Sport Clubs are required to register their organization on Huskie Link
2. Log in using your Z-ID and password to access the system. (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com)
3. Click the "Organizations" tab, then click the "Register" button under "Register a New Organization". Please be ready to upload your constitution and bylaws for your your Sport Club.
4. After submitting your Huskie Link registration, the President and/or Vice President of your new student organization, should schedule a meeting with the Vice President of the Student Association. Contact the Student Association office at: 815-753-0486 to schedule an appointment.
