The Campus Recreation Department offers a variety of off‐site services, lectures, workshops, presentations and workouts for employee and student events and meetings.
Examples include:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Bodycombat
  • Personal training
  • Boot camps
  • Fitness workouts
  • Aerobics classes (Zumba, Pilates, Step, Kickboxing, etc.)
  • Cooking Classes and other nutrition services
