Good Evening Huskies begins at 4:45pm and ends at 6:15pm on designated days. Free coffee, pop, water, and munchies for commuter and non-traditional students will be distributed in different buildings during evening hours where there are high traffic areas of commuter and non-traditional students. The Planet Earth programming series is when Off-Campus & Non-Traditional Student Services hosts a day each month dedicated to focusing on our environment. During a Planet Earth event, students can enjoy watching a Planet Earth episode followed by a discussion of the episode and other environmental issues. Free admission and snacks. TRANSFER STUDENT LUNCHEONSIf you are transferring to NIU in the spring semester and want to meet other students just like you, come to the Transfer Student Luncheon! Off-Campus & Non-Traditional Student Services and the Transfer Center are sponsoring two transfer student luncheons on Tuesday, January 12 and Wednesday, January 13, 2010. The luncheons will be held from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in the Capitol Room in the Holmes Student Center. SOUP DU'JOURSoup Du'Jour is a program where our office provides students with different gourmet soups each week along with beverages. This is a great opportunity for non-traditional students, students who live off-campus, and/or students who commute to meet each other and have a delicious lunch! Soup Du'Jour will be held from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm in the lower level of the Holmes Student Center (Rooms 023J and 023K) on the following days:
