Campus Recruiting organizes job interviews for recent and upcoming NIU graduates with top employers in business and technology. These employers rely on the convenient, cost-effective Campus Recruiting process to identify exceptional candidates year after year.
To participate in campus interviews, job seekers must attend a Victor eRecruiting Orientation. An essential part of the interview process, this one-hour workshop outlines the mechanics of navigating Victor eRecruiting successfully, the procedures for requesting interviews, and the policies of the Campus Recruiting program.
Job seekers who attended a previous Orientation are not required to complete another semester session, but must submit a signed Registration Form to the Campus Recruiting office each semester.
