NIU Career Service's Campus Interviewing offers a service for employers to schedule actual internship and job interviews on campus. These employers rely on the convenient, cost-effective Campus Interviewing process to identify exceptional candidates.


How to participate in NIU Campus Interviewing services:

ATTEND a Campus Recruiting Orientation in person or on the web

CLICK on the Victor eRecruiting banner (found on the Career Services homepage)

LOGIN to Victor eRecruiting using your Z# (use the “Forgot Password” link if you don’t know your password)

COMPLETE Profile and Profile Subsections

UPLOAD a résumé under Documents

PUBLISH your résumé in at least one Résumé Book

SEARCH internship and job opportunities posted by the employers interviewing on campus this semester

APPLY for multiple internships or jobs

SCHEDULE an interview if you’ve been selected by the employer

INTERVIEW on campus in Campus Life Building 260, unless indicated otherwise.

REPORT your job or internship once you've accepted an offer!

 

When you submit your résumé to a job posting, you make a professional commitment to interview on campus with that employer if you are selected/accepted.

Failure to appear for a scheduled interview is grounds for dismissal from the Campus Recruiting program and the termination of your Victor eRecruiting privileges.
