All currently enrolled students and alumni may participate in the Campus Recruiting interview process.
Seniors should be enrolled in a degree-granting program and expect to graduate within the academic year: May, August, or December graduation dates.
Because some employers recruit on campus only once per year, May and August graduates are encouraged to interview during both fall and spring semesters!
Even if it is early in your last year of study at Northern, participating in the Campus Recruiting program can help you gather information about available job opportunities and clarify career goals. Register and participate early to get the greatest benefit from this program.
While some employers recruiting on campus will accept resumes from recent graduates, all alumni are encouraged to review these opportunities and email resumes directly to the employer contact to request an onsite interview. Why wait for weeks to interview on campus with an employer who would prefer to talk to you right away?
