Advanced Sensors and Microsystems Laboratory (ASML)

Welcome to Advanced Sensors and Microsystems Laboratory (ASML). The mission of our research is to improve health care delivery through novel technologies. Toward that goal, we develop advanced sensors and microsystems for health monitoring, internet of things (IoTs) and medical devices. These technologies are designed to enable remote care delivery and facilitate early detection of progressive conditions (e.g. skin cancer, cardiopulmonary diseases). We use micro-nanofabrication techniques to reduce size, weight and power consumption of the existing systems and bring new functionalities to medical devices and diagnostic tools.
