Civil Service Testing

This area is responsible for scheduling, administering, and scoring examinations as governed by the State Universities Civil Service System (SUCSS) for Civil Service positions.

Classification and Compensation

This area is responsible for reviewing position requests and determining the appropriate classifications for positions and recommending pay rates for those positions.

Employee Life Cycle

This area is responsible for processing employment transactions for all new, existing, and former employees. Employment transactions that life cycle is responsible for include, but not limited to onboarding, additional pay requests, performance evaluations and separations.

Employee Life Cycle also oversees the hiring process for extra help, student employees and graduate assistants.

Talent Acquisition

This area is responsible for assisting departments with identifying, recruiting, and retaining talent.
