Employee Life Cycle
This area is responsible for processing employment transactions for all new, existing, and former employees. Employment transactions that life cycle is responsible for include, but not limited to onboarding, additional pay requests, performance evaluations and separations.
Employee Life Cycle also oversees the hiring process for extra help, student employees and graduate assistants.
This area is responsible for assisting departments with identifying, recruiting, and retaining talent. Major tasks include providing effective strategies in advertising and promoting positions, training on recruitment, selection, and hiring, and processing and approving employment forms in the university’s employment system.
