Attention Student Teachers and Clinical Students!

Gov. Pritzker's Executive Order, mandates that as clinical students and student teachers, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination status and/or negative test results following the specific protocol established by your school district(s).

  • To establish that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 to the School/School District.
  • If you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you must be tested for COVID-19 weekly, at a minimum. The testing must be done using a test that either has emergency use authorization by the FDA or be operating per the laboratory developed test requirements by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Please understand, that failure to follow school district protocol will result in your exclusion from the school district.
