Hello Everyone,
My name is Natasha Thomas and I am the Director of Organizational Development for the Student Association. Thank you all who attended the Mandatory Organizational Meetings last week. For those of you who did attend the meetings you all will receive first priority in your groups time slot for the one-on-one meeting regarding the Blackboard Community.
The Blackboard Community one-on-one meetings will consist of both the president and the treasure of each SA funded organization present at their selected meeting. Packets will be distributed to emphasis the designated users, their roles, and the important policies that are put in place for the community. I will then reintroduce the main tools that will be used and how to navigate throughout the community.
Please remember that both the president and the treasurer of each SA funded organization have to be present or the meeting will be canceled and set up at a later time when both individuals are available. Also, please discuss an appropriate time for both parties to be available prior to sending a conformation email or returning the form to the Student Association to eliminate this problem altogether. After this letter is a schedule form to pick what times we are available to meet and discuss this information.
Please fill out this form and return it by Monday Oct.20, 2008 at 4:30pm or your organization will not gain access to the Blackboard Community. You can do this via email or return to the Student Association Office in the Campus Life Building Suite 180.
