What is required to complete the program?

Students can progress through the program at their own rate and undertake activities in any order they choose.  The only requirement to complete the program and earn the Quest Leadership Certificate is that participants demonstrate understanding of core concepts and competency in key skill areas. Students have complete freedom to choose how to learn as well as how to demonstrate what they have learned.

Quest is designed as a multi-year program, based on the idea that gaining an understanding of oneself and creating a personal approach to leadership is a developmental process.
