NIU students now have access to monthly issues of Student Health 101. This resource is provided to help you make the most of your health and wellness decisions while here on campus. Each online issue talks about the issues that matter, and focuses on helping you to get the best out of life in college. In addition to some great articles, SH101 has embedded audio/video, cartoons, contests and opportunities to share comments with other students around the country.
