Undergraduate Commencement

Tickets

Guest tickets will be used for the May ceremonies.

There is a limit of up to 10 (ten) tickets per under-graduate candidate.

Students can pick up guest tickets at the Convocation Center Ticket Office (Entrance 2) beginning Monday, April 21 thru Friday, April 25, from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Before your tickets can be given to you, you will need to complete the On Line Reply/RSVP Form. It will save time if you do this prior to April 21.   (this form will be available later in March)

If you are unable to pick up your guest tickets on the date listed above you must e-mail commencement@niu.edu by 5 p.m. April 25 to request tickets be held at the Convocation Center Ticket Office. Then they can be picked up during regular business hours which are M-F, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or on the ceremony day.   If you ARE able to come during that week, you do NOT need to pre-reserve tickets.

In your email, you must include your name, college, degree and requested number of guest tickets (up to 10).

After April 25, if you haven't picked up your guest tickets or asked for them to be held via e-mail at commencement@niu.edu, we will assume that you do not want your guest tickets and they will no longer be available to you.

PLEASE don't send an email to reserve tickets if you plan on coming in during ticket pick up week.

All guest seating, including handicapped, is general admission. Please consult the arena map.
