Guest tickets will be used for the May ceremonies.
There is a limit of up to 10 (ten) tickets per graduate school candidate.
Students can pick up guest tickets at the Convocation Center Ticket Office (Entrance 2) beginning Monday, April 17 through Friday, April 21, from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Before your tickets can be given to you, you will need to complete the On Line Reply Form. It will save time if you do this prior to April 17th.
If you are UNABLE to pick up your guest tickets on the date listed above you must e-mail email@example.com by 4 p.m. April 21 to request tickets be held at the Convocation Center Ticket Office. Then you can pick them up during regular business hours which are M-F, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or on the ceremony day. In your email, you must include your name, college, degree and requested number of guest tickets.
After April 21st, if you haven't picked up your guest tickets or asked for them to be held via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will assume that you do not want your guest tickets and they will no longer be available to you.
All guest seating, including handicapped, is general admission. Please consult the arena map.
Am I required to have tickets for my guests?
YES, you can receive up to 10 tickets per graduation candidate. Children over the age of 1 (one) do have to have a ticket.
How do I get tickets for my guests?
Graduate School Candidates MUST pick up guest tickets at the Convocation Center Ticket Office (Entrance 2) or reserve them via email to email@example.com. Tickets can be reserved at any time (if you are NOT able to come during pickup week) up until 4 p.m. April 21. Tickets can be picked up beginning Monday, April 17 through Friday, April 21, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. If you ARE ABLE to visit the Convocation Center during ticket pick-up week to pick up your tickets, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESERVE them in advance.
What if I am unable to pick up my guest tickets on those dates?

Then they can be picked up during regular business hours which are M-F, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. In the email, they must include their name, college, degree and requested number of guest tickets. If you send someone to pick up your tickets, you need to complete the On Line Reply Form BEFORE you send them to the Convo. Your friend will need to have a photocopy of your picture ID with a note written and signed by you allowing them to take your tickets.
What if I have more guests than allowed?
If they are available, additional tickets may be obtained on a first-come basis on the FIRST day of Cap & Gown Distribution. There may be a limit on how many you can receive based on how many are left.
The ceremonies will be streamed live on the Internet.
Are there accommodations for children?
Child care is not provided and guests are asked to keep a close watch on children. Children may not accompany graduates in either the assembly area or during the ceremony. Children over the age of one will need a guest ticket.
Due to theatre seating in the arena, strollers are discouraged. There is no place to park a stroller next to any of the guest seats
