Graduate School Commencement

Assembly

Participants in the Commencement Ceremonies should assemble in Victor E. Court of the Convocation Center at least 1 hour before the ceremony begins. Arriving late will not guarantee your participation in the ceremony. 

Doctoral degree candidates should report to the Convocation Center’s Media Room. 

Specific instructions for assembly will be handed out when you pick up your cap and gown. 

No items will be allowed to remain in Victor E. Court during the ceremony. You will not be returning there after the ceremony.
