Mountain biking at Rock Cut
Day Mountain Bike

Get crank… or is it crunk? Just a short drive to Rock Cut State Park in Love’s Park, we will find some great beginner, intermediate, and advanced routes. With 23 miles of trails to ride, Rock Cut provides the perfect step into mountain biking. We will teach you about mountain bike etiquette, basic bike maintenance, and skills to practice out on the trail. We will depart the Adventure Center at 10:00 a.m., and warm up with a short ride before having a nutritious picnic lunch. In the afternoon you can choose a variety of trails to ride depending on your ability level. We will return to campus by 5:00 p.m. Included in the registration fees are: mountain bike and helmet, lunch, transportation, and instruction.

Mountain biking at Kettle MoraineCamp and Mountain Bike

Spend two days practicing your skills and enjoying the outdoors at Kettle Moraine State Forest. Trails such as the John Muir Trail and Emma Carlin claim to be some of the best mountain biking trails in the Midwest. You can choose your level ranging from beginner to advanced. A variety of loops will test your skills riding in sand, over rocks, narrow beams, and logs. In addition, you can ride the skills park to practice tight turns, steep inclines, jumps, and much more. Included in the registration fees are bike, gear, food, transportation, instruction, and campsites. We will meet at the Adventure Center on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. to drive to Eagle, WI and spend the next two days riding, camping, and relaxing. We will return to campus by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.
