Fitness Orientations
Campus Recreation offers FREE fitness orientations to students and members who need assistance getting started on the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Fitness Orientations are a great idea for individuals new to exercise, or those not familiar with the various equipment options available at Campus Recreation facilities. Sessions are available on an as-needed basis. Orientation sessions may be individual or in small groups, depending on demand. Note: Fitness Orientations are not personal training sessions. Visit personal training for information on getting a trainer for long-term, private one-on-one sessions.
Contact the Graduate Assistant for Fitness/Wellness to set up your personal or group fitness orientation!
