AQUA FITNESS

Come join us for an exercise class in the water that is fun, challenging, and easy on the joints.   

BELLY DANCE BASICS

Slide, sway, shimmy, and sweat in this core - intensive, creative, and fun introduction to Belly Dance! No previous dance experience is necessary.

BELLY DANCE MASHUP

Want to dance? Learn how to spice up your moves with belly dancing and learn fun and unique choreography to all the latest DJ mashups. This class is guaranteed to get your cardio up and get your body moving!

BODYCOMBAT™

An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music, strike, punch, kick, and kata your way to superior cardio fitness.

BOOTCAMP

This mixture of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training will take your body to its limits and leave you wanting more.

BOSUTM BOOTCAMP

Move from station to station in this boot camp type class where you will use the Bosu balance trainer to target stabilization muscles while working your whole body.

CORE EXPRESS

Get ready to work every aspect of your core.  This 30- minute class will help you transform your core with killer core workouts that target the abdominals, lower back, glutes, and thighs. 

CYCLE

This high-energy cycle experience will turn things up and get your heart pumping and body moving. Join us under the black lights!

FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations, specific breathing, and longer holding of postures.  This approach builds heat in the body, toning, increasing stamina, and cleansing the body and mind.  This is a faster paced class best suited for those with some prior yoga experience.  

HATHA YOGA

This yoga is designed to calm the nervous system and relax your body. Hatha Yoga is a restorative class with an emphasis on breathing, resting postures, and reducing stress.

PILATES

Lengthen and strengthen the entire body while focusing on your core.

PIYO

It’s all about strength training and core conditioning for people who want to sweat their way to sculpted abdominals, increased core strength, and greater stability!

REJUVENATION YOGA 

This Sivananda style of Hatha yoga builds upon the 12 foundational yoga poses while increasing the intensity to improve your strength and balance and deepen your practice at your own pace.  Leave challenged, motivated, and confident.

RELAXATION YOGA

Following a relaxed progression of poses creates an emotionally grounding practice that enhances deep relaxation. This class will help you let go and find your inner calm. Perfect for beginners as well as more advanced students.

SCULPT AND STRETCH

Develop both strength and flexibility with basic toning exercises and a complete body stretch.

STRAIGHT HIP HOP

This class takes the street to the studio with super hot moves that will have everyone wanting more! No experience needed!

SUNRISE YOGA

This morning class has an emphasis on sun salutations and challenging individual poses. Get your blood flowing and embrace the day. Recommended for intermediate yoga students.

TOTAL BODY BOSUTM

Using the Bosu, an inflatable dome on top of a solid platform, will give you a full body cardio workout.

TOUR DE SPIN

Come experience the different tours around the world with the Keiser cycling bikes.  This cardio challenge will help you get to the extra mile. Our rides mimic the intensity and terrain of the different bicycle races around the world.
