There are several ways you can help welcome a new employee to campus. The Employee Welcome website will provide them with the information and support they need to get off to a great start. It also has tips and resources to help you manage your employees.

Both you and your new employee can also benefit from the Leading Employees to Success (L.E.T.S.) Program. It provides support and assistance during the first few months of employment.
