Mediation Services at NIU

Mediation is an intervention in a dispute to resolve differences or conflict among two or more parties. Mediation is an informal and flexible dispute resolution process and is not used for disciplinary purposes. The mediator's role is to guide the parties toward their own resolution. The Employee Well-being office will help facilitate the process at NIU.
