Ask the Sexpert:

The Health Enhancement Health Educators are ready to answer all your questions about sexual health. The
format of this program allows participants to submit sexual health questions on index cards anonymously to
the health educator. We can answer questions on sexually transmitted infections, contraception, relationships,
dating, sexual orientation, where to get resources, and anything else you can think of. We are open, honest,
respectful, and inclusive.

Suggested Length: 1.5 hours

Safer Sex Olympics:

Learn the skills necessary to use a male and female condom correctly, to talk to your partner about having
sex, and learn about other safer sex options in this fun and interactive program. The program takes place in a
relaxed environment with trained Health Educators. While we know not everyone is having sex right now,
people may choose to in the future.

Suggested Length: 1.5 hours

Sexual Health 101:

Health Enhancement knows that students at NIU want to know some of the basics of sexual health. Health
Educators present this intentionally structure presentation to your group to cover specific topics including:
what is sex; how to talk to your partner about having sex; the different sexually transmitted infections;
pregnancy and STI prevention; and resources on and off campus. Our presentations are inclusive of all
genders and sexual orientations. We aim to empower students to understand sexual health and make decisions
that are the best for them.
