Programming Committees

The Campus Activities Board (CAB) is comprised of four programming committees, led by an executive board member, to bring different types of events to campus.
Get Involved

CAB Committees
Huskies After Dark
Plans programs such as First Friday Bingo, Third Thursday Trivia, and plan performances for Club 1895 (open mic events, karaoke, standup comedy, etc.)
Daytime Programming and Crafts
Focuses on providing opportunities for students to engage in fun activities during the daytime hours with make and take crafts, Huskies on the Go service projects, virtual and hybrid programming, and crafts.
Huskie Traditions
Participates in the planning of Homecoming Week, Week of Welcome, Spring Welcome, concerts and performances, and more!
Social Impact
Allows students opportunities to engage civically with our community, strengthens community connections with NIU and our local communities, and programs with the Pick Museum of Anthropology on campus.
