Clinical Psychology Events

The clinical psychology program hosts multiple brown bag series to help our students gain a breadth of knowledge across an array of topics.  These brown bags are held weekly at noon, rotating through the following specific series;

Anxiety Research Topics (ART)

Each semester, students and faculty members who share interests in research and clinical topics related to the experience of anxiety organize a series of meetings. Activities include presentations made by students or faculty members, film viewing and discussion, and occasionally, conversations with outside speakers who bring relevant expertise. Child Brown Bag Series

Each semester, the child clinical, school and developmental programs organize a series of brown bags on topics related the development of children and adolescents.The focus is on research in this area and include presentation by students, faculty, and outside speakers as well as prerecorded webinars Contact Laura Pittman, Ph.D. for questions or to get on the email list with announcements.

Diversity Brown Bag Series

As part of the clinical program's weekly Brown Bag series, students and faculty members organize a series of meetings each term themed around issues relevant to diversity, multiculturalism, and social justice matters. Trauma Journal Club and Brown Bag Series
