Internet Accessible Remote Laboratories
Laboratory experiments are a crucial part of STEM disciplines, enabling students to verify and solidify newly learned principles and techniques. However, allowing students extended access to laboratory facilities is challenging due to various constraints, resulting in most equipment being underutilized. Internet accessible remote laboratories address this issue by allowing students and researchers to conduct experiments online from remote locations while the equipment remains in the laboratory.
Professor Azad has been involved in e-learning since 1997. More than two decades, he has been actively engaged in designing and developing internet-accessible remote laboratories and simulation environments, leveraging them for academic and research applications.
