Please note:

  • Department-specific training is also required to safely operate tools, machinery, equipment or to participate in specific operations or processes. Please consult your supervisor for additional information.
  • Training and re-training may be required under the following conditions:
    • Upon initial assignment.
    • Upon change in job duties.
    • Demonstrated inadequacies in an employee’s knowledge or skillset that suggests the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill.
    • Changes in the workplace which may render previous training obsolete.
    • Changes in the types of PPE to be used rendering previous training obsolete.
    • After an incident or near-miss.
    • Changes in chemical used.
