Media Technical Services provides the following video display support for University affiliated events and meetings. Non-affiliated or personal events will be quoted on request.

Our hourly rates are $25 per hour during University office hours and $37.50 per hour for after hours. There is a minimum charge of one hour per reservation during University office hours and a minimum charge of two hours per reservation for after hours services. This charge is for time to test equipment immediately prior to use for your event, delivering, pick-up (or being available for your pick-up and return), and the time to complete our work order. Additional time needed for delivery, set-up, operation, and equipment return is billed in ½ hour increments.
With a week of advance notice we can meet most needs for delivery, set-up, operation, and return.
Equipment rented Friday afternoon and returned before noon the following Monday will be charged one and one-half times the applicable daily rate. The exception would be for any event for which our staff is hired to operate the equipment.
Except for events staffed by our technicians, users assume responsibility for returning all equipment and accessories on time and undamaged. Appropriate charges for additional rental, repairs, or replacement would otherwise apply.
