Associate Dean for Academic Affairs

College of Health and Human Sciences

We are inviting applications for a full-time, twelve-month position of Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (ADAA) at the rank of associate or full professor in the College of Health and Human Sciences (CHHS).

CHHS is home to five academic schools:

  • Allied Health and Communicative Disorders
  • Family and Consumer Sciences
  • Health Studies
  • Interdisciplinary Health Professions
  • Nursing

Collectively, these schools house 23 programs, three clinics and a Child Development and Family Center and partner with over 900 external practicum sites. Through an impressive array of programs, CHHS prepares scholars, leaders and practitioners who enhance the lives of individuals, families and communities across the lifespan.

Position Summary

The ADAA supports the College of Health and Human Sciences CHHS by providing oversight of student services, curriculum, clinical education and accreditation. The ADAA will positively contribute to the missions of the college, university and community.
