Gabrielle Foreman brings extensive nonprofit leadership, program management and development expertise to the NICNE Consulting team. She has built her career supporting mission-driven organizations through strategic program design, grant writing and capacity-building, helping nonprofits strengthen systems, secure funding, ensure sustainability and deepen community impact.

Gabrielle is the founder of Secondary Success and Beyond, an organization focused on expanding access, exposure and opportunity for students through education and scholarship support. She currently serves as workforce development coordinator for Rockford Promise, where she designs and implements career pathways initiatives, manages employer partnerships and oversees program budgets and compliance.

Previously, Gabrielle served as scholar support manager for Rockford Promise, where she scaled a comprehensive mentoring program supporting more than 400 students and supervised a team of academic mentor coordinators. Her earlier experience includes administering large-scale scholarship and grant programs at the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois, where she managed over $370,000 in annual scholarship awards, supported youth philanthropy initiatives and coordinated volunteer-led grantmaking processes. She also brings frontline nonprofit experience from her work with Winnebago County CASA, supervising advocates and supporting court-involved youth.

Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Science in human development and family sciences, with an emphasis in family social services, from Northern Illinois University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also earned a certificate in nonprofit management from the Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence (NICNE), further strengthening her expertise in nonprofit management and development.

She approaches grant writing and consulting with both strategic rigor and genuine care—partnering with organizations to build strong programs, secure critical resources and create lasting impact. Beyond her professional work, Gabrielle is a wife and proud mother to twin boys.
