Denise Noe, currently chief development officer for the Boys & Girls Club of Rockford, brings more than 37 years of experience in the nonprofit sector focusing on fundraising and building partnerships. In her work with the Boys & Girls Club, Denise sees firsthand how philanthropy and strategic collaborations change lives. Her prior experience includes 15 years as development director for the Janet Wattles Center, seven years as the development director – major gifts for University of Illinois, and more than six years as assistant vice president for institutional advancement at Rockford University.

Denise holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive. Denise devotes time to serving the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Rockford Chapter and is the immediate past president. Previously, she served on boards for Discovery Center Museum, Shelter Care Ministries and YWCA Northwestern Illinois.
