Danielle Hoske

Since 2017, Danielle Hoske has provided support to a variety of unique organizations including large workforce and economic development organizations in the Chicago Metro area and small to mid-sized organizations locally. She has contributed to local nonprofit sector research projects through Northern Illinois University's Center for Nonprofit and NGO Studies, including The DeKalb County Nonprofit Study for both 2018 and 2021 and has an aptitude for program evaluation and data analysis.

Professionally, Danielle serves as the development and communications manager at Foster Progress, as well as the DCNP manager at the DeKalb County Community Foundation. She began working in the nonprofit sector in 2017 in DeKalb County after earning her degree in nonprofit and NGO studies and communications from Northern Illinois University. She went on to complete a master's degree in evaluation and assessment in December of 2023 where she developed an aptitude for program evaluation and qualitative data analysis. Her professional background includes working in development and fundraising, program evaluation and design, communications and marketing, volunteer recruitment and community engagement roles.
