Brooke Hall is the founder of Hall Stewardship Strategies, where she helps nonprofit, faith-based, and mission-driven organizations strengthen their people, strategy, and systems for lasting impact. She brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership and executive experience, along with a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face as they balance mission, people, resources, and organizational growth.

Brooke holds a master’s degree in Management and spent 21 years in nonprofit leadership, growing from an entry-level position into senior executive leadership. Throughout her career, she gained hands-on experience across nearly every area of nonprofit operations, including organizational strategy, staff and volunteer leadership, program development, fundraising, community partnerships, operations, and organizational growth and change.

Today, Brooke works alongside leaders and organizations to bring greater clarity and alignment to how they operate. Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation—helping organizations identify what needs to change and develop the people, processes, and tools needed to move forward effectively.

Brooke is a Certified Working Genius Facilitator with The Table Group and uses tools including Working Genius and DiSC to support leadership and team development. She is passionate about helping organizations better steward the people and resources they already have while building healthy, sustainable organizations positioned for lasting impact.
