Belonging and Inclusivity statement for the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (“the Department” hereafter) honors the experiences, perspectives, and unique identity of all members and affiliated students. Together, the Department strives to generate and maintain a working and learning environment that is inclusive and welcoming, so that all members of our community have a sense of belonging and are celebrated and valued.
