Federal Budget Update: FY14 Appropriations Announced

The House and Senate have negotiated an appropriations bill that will fund the Federal government for the remainder of federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2014.


NSF Updates Proposal Submission Policies and Procedures

The National Science Foundation has issued an updated Grant Proposal Guide (GPG) to provide guidance on the preparation and submission of proposals.   


NIH Now Requires the Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) for AREA (R15) Awards

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has issued a Notice which will require that progress reports submitted on or after January 31, 2014 for all Multi Year Funded (MYF) awards use the eRA Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) module in the NIH Commons.
