Student Permits for Spring and Spring/Summer semesters are on sale now. Both are available in the office and on our website, www.niu.edu/parking. Spring permits are $64.00, with an expiration date of May 31, 2016. Spring/Summer permits are $69.00, with an expiration date of August 15, 2016.
There is no additional charge for ordering your permit through the website and having it mailed to you. If you order online, please allow additional time for your permit to be processed and mailed so you are prepared for parking your first day on campus.

Hours: Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please note that parking regulations are enforced even when classes are not in session.

Holmes Student Center Bus Turnaround is closed to through traffic
The only vehicles allowed in the bus turnaround are those with permits for service vehicle parking, handicapped parking, HSC Hotel parking, and the HSC catering van. Those needing to utilize the Holmes Student Center's services should use 15-minute parking spaces in Lot D, pay parking meters in Lot D or Lot 5 (Campus Life Building), pay to park in the Visitor Lot or use the Huskie Bus service

A Bike "Fix-It" station is available on the north side of Campus Parking Services. The station contains tools such as wrenches, Allen (hex key) wrenches and screwdrivers.
